Jura Systems
Keeping systems secure and current when the change is not your choice.
A support deadline, a licence renewal or an audit finding sets the date. We work out what you actually have, what it depends on, and the safest order to move it.
- Fixed-price assessment first
- Read-only access to begin
- Documented handover
- No lock-in
Why people call
What usually brings clients to us
Almost nobody calls because they want new technology. They call because a date arrived, a cost changed, or someone left.
- InfrastructureThe renewal quote arrived and the number changedA virtualisation or database renewal comes in well above the previous term. The platform still works, so there is no technical reason to move — only a commercial one, and a deadline set by somebody else.Where this fits
- CloudThe bill went up and nobody can say exactly whyCloud spend rises steadily without a matching rise in customers or traffic. The invoice is itemised but not explicable, and the people who created the resources have moved on.Where this fits
- SecurityA customer sent a security questionnaireA larger client or prospect asks forty questions about your controls. Some answers are yes, some are no, and several are genuinely unknown. The deal is waiting on it.Where this fits
- App careThe store sent a deadline emailApple or Google announces a target SDK requirement or a policy change with a date attached. Miss it and the app stops accepting updates, or is removed from the store entirely.Where this fits
- App rescueThe developer stopped respondingWork halts mid-project. What exists, whether it runs, and who holds the accounts are all unclear. The first task is establishing what you actually have, which is often more than it appears.Where this fits
- PartnerYou won the work and the team is already fullTurning the project down costs the client relationship. Accepting it means delaying something already committed. Hiring takes longer than the project allows.Where this fits

How we work
Four steps, in this order
The sequence matters more than the speed. Most of the risk in this work comes from changing something before understanding what depends on it.
Step 1: Assess
A fixed-price assessment with read-only access. Nothing on your systems changes while we work out what is actually there.
Step 2: Scope
A written finding, a recommendation and a fixed price. If the recommendation is to do nothing yet, that is what it says.
Step 3: Implement
The work, in agreed windows, with a tested rollback plan for every step that changes anything.
Step 4: Hand over
Documentation written so your team can run it without us. Accounts and code stay in your name throughout.
Why a small senior team
Fewer people, fewer handoffs
Staying small is a constraint we have chosen, not a stage we are passing through.
Direct access to engineers
No account manager relaying questions. The person who scoped your work is the person doing it.
Fixed prices
Work is priced against a scope agreed in advance. Changes are quoted before they are made, not discovered on an invoice.
Documented handover
Handover is part of the work, not a negotiation at the end. Written for your team, not for us.
No lock-in
Accounts, code and credentials are in your name from the start. A client who cannot leave is not a client.
Security and confidentiality
NDA available
A mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share anything technical.
Read-only first
Access begins read-only. Nothing is changed while we assess.
Nothing retained
We keep no copy of your data once an engagement finishes.
Find out what you are actually dealing with.
Describe what is changing or breaking. If it is not something we can help with, we will say so directly.
