How we work
You deal with engineers directly. There is no account manager relaying questions, and the person who scoped your work is the person doing it. That is a deliberate constraint on how large we grow, not a stage we are passing through.
Most engagements start with a fixed-price assessment and read-only access, so nothing changes while we work out what is actually there. What follows is quoted against a written scope.
What we hold to
Clarity
We say what something costs, how long it takes, and what could go wrong, before the work starts. When the honest answer is that you should do nothing yet, that is the answer you get — in writing, with the reasoning.
Fixed scope
Work is priced against a scope agreed in advance. Changes are quoted before they are made, not discovered on an invoice afterwards. If a scope genuinely cannot be fixed, we say so rather than burying the uncertainty in an estimate.
Reversibility
Every step that changes a system has a rollback plan, written before the step runs and tested rather than assumed. The question we ask before any change is not whether it will work, but what happens if it does not.
Documentation
Handover is part of the work, not a negotiation at the end. Documentation is written so your team, or your next supplier, can operate what we built without us. A client who cannot leave is not a client, they are a hostage.

Where we are
Jura Systems Private Limited is registered in Madhya Pradesh, India and works with clients in the United States, Europe and India.
Working across those time zones is a scheduling matter, and we treat it as one. Overlap hours are agreed at the start of an engagement rather than assumed, and anything urgent has a route that does not depend on it being working hours here.
