Partner with us
Engineering capacity for agencies, MSPs and IT providers. Delivered under your brand, to your client, on your terms.
Who this is for
Agencies who have won work they cannot currently staff. Consultancies that need a specialist skill for one project rather than a permanent hire. Studios covering parental leave, a notice period or an unexpected departure. Firms who want delivery capacity without carrying it as fixed cost.
Confidentiality
The main risk in subcontracting is that your supplier becomes your competitor. These are commitments, not preferences.
- We never contact your clients directly unless you arrange it.
- We never approach your clients, during an engagement or after it. This is written into the agreement rather than offered as reassurance.
- We do not name you, your clients or the work as a reference without your written permission.
- A mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place before any technical detail is shared.
- Access to your systems is read-only first, requested for a named purpose, and removed when the work ends.
How a partnership works
Step 1: You tell us what you need
The piece of work, the deadline, and anything about the client we should know. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed before anything technical is shared.
Step 2: We scope and price it
A fixed price for a defined piece of work, so you can quote your client with a known cost and a known margin. If the scope genuinely cannot be fixed in advance, we say so rather than hiding it in an estimate.
Step 3: We work inside your setup
Your repositories, your branching model, your ticketing, your review standards. Everything we produce lives in your accounts from the first commit, so there is nothing to migrate at the end.
Step 4: You deliver it
The work reaches your client through you, under your brand. If a call would be easier with us on it, we join under your name and only when you ask.
Step 5: Handover, every time
Documentation written so your team can maintain the work without us. A partnership that creates a dependency on us is not a partnership.
Referral terms
If you would rather refer work than subcontract it, there is a referral arrangement.
Referral terms are agreed case by case. Ask via the contact form if you want the current arrangement in writing before you refer someone.
Talk to us about partnering
Tell us the kind of work you turn down, or the skill you keep having to buy in. A short conversation establishes whether this is worth either of our time.
